About Martin
Martin is a photographer and film maker based in London, UK.
He has won over 35 international awards and placed 2nd for commercial photography at WPPI and won photographer of the year for his architectural series at SWPP.
Published work includes the cover for “Closer” by the chain smokers (Sony Music) ( BTS LINK) as well as over 30 other magazines and other publications.
Other interests:
Thai Boxing: 15 years with 2 years in Thailand, 37 fights 30-0-7 win draw lose. Qualified Senior Instructor in Bangkok, Thailand.
Powerboat Fleet Rescue Coxswain: 8 years as coxswain on various boats, mostly RIBS. On charge on the water Salcombe, Netley and various other regattas and locations nationally. Teaching powerboat rescue nationally at various locations.
Hiking/wild camping: 1 x Offas Dyke path completed. 5 x Pennine Way. 2 x Ridgway Path and various self made hikes and multi day journeys.
Sailing: Enjoyed sailing as a hobby and owned a Laser 1 man and Lark 2 man boats.
Music: Lead guitarist in a band for a few short years playing pub circuit in Camden and Kentish Town.
